Mental health and well-being has gained unprecedented and justified importance in today’s world. More and more, schools and families are realising the role of wellbeing in daily functioning. There is lots of talk about resilience, adversity and the need for early intervention in order to promote positive outcomes for developing minds, which includes physical well-being and immunity. This course aims to help parents, carers and teachers in recognising and supporting children and young people with mental health needs, such as anxiety and depression.
