Do you provide training on how to use SWIFT?

Do I need to download my results from the platform every year?

No. SWIFT securely retains student data across academic years until you request removal or end your subscription.

Yes. You can roll over up to 20 percent of your annual credit purchase into the following academic year (e.g., 40 unused credits from a 200-credit order).

Do I need to pay per subtest?

No. Fees are charged per student, granting access to all subtests and forms for a single fixed price.

How long are credits valid?

Credits remain valid for one academic year (1 August – 31 July), with up to 20 per cent carry-over allowed.
